When my sister and I were little, we had a special good night that we said to our parents (and they said to us) every night. It went like this: "Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite, be a good girl (or boy) I love you, sweet dreams, see you tomorrow." My sister and I used to try to say it as fast as we could without messing it up. Kids....

The kids and I say our prayer to watch over Great Grandpas and Great Grandmas, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, the kids names (3), Mom, Dad, the Green Bay Packers, all our friends, the President and all the Military and Blu (our dog). Then I tell each kid the same thing since the day my oldest was born, which I will keep that between the 4 of us, my husband doesn't even know. I also say when it's time for bed, Bedtime for Bonzos!, just like my Mom and Dad used to say too me too!

To each of my children as I tuck them in - "Jesus will be with you through the night, Jesus will be with you till the light. You can trust Jesus with your life, Little Girl, you can trust Jesus with your life. I love you so much." Then we talk some about our day and kisses and hugs and good night. My husband wakes at 3:30 AM so he's already asleep but we said good night and I love you before he went to bed. Then as I'm settling in I have my own conversations with God.

I say good night and I love you to my husband.......you never know what will happen in the night and the last thing you should always tell the one you love is that you love them. I also thank god that he let me spent another day with my husband and my daughter.

U sually I say a prayer of some sort. A really selfish one then I talk to myself about what happened in the day or what i've been worried about.

before I leave the living room, I say to the cat, "Bedtime for Bonzo" - something my mom always said to me and my brother.

When I get into bed I tell my husband, "goodnight, I love you", and then I say my prayers

goodnight, kiss.
If I am too tired I might just go to sleep without saying anything.
