she wears white new balance sneakers and white tube socks for a 10 hour shift on her feet all day in the factory we work at. How intense is the smell going to be do you folks think,? and what should i expect them to smell like, i am nervous but i promised i wouldnt break the bet please any ideas welcome.

Ok that is going to be really disgusting but it wont smell too bad if you aren`t very active during the workday but if she walks around a lot watch out its going to stink big time!

I don't know what the rules are in your bet, but you can put a little Vick's vapor-rub under your nose like they do at autopsies. It might just work.
