i am always puttin my pen in my mouth during class. i never think about it but it happens.. is there any way to stop?

of course u can stop it. u can try to chew bubble gum or try to think that if u allways putting your pen in your mouth, it can destroy your teeth (it can cause attrition).. so i suggest to stop it rom now.. ok?

if its a really big problem for you then you can stop using pens, or keep them stowed away where you can't chew on them
