What about him? I think it's not yet appropriate to comment since the case is in trial. But technically, he is liable to paying damages to the NKF when he threw in the towel. The only thing left to be determined is how much he is going to pay.

Smart move to deflect the limelight. We the public missed out on the saucy details when he decided not to fight on.

Media focus is now on the other co-defendants.

T T Durai is just a "victim" of Singapore Government "talent policy". Their policy is to pay well for the talents. T T Durai certainly is talented, and under this policy, he should be well paid! Just look at our Minister & President salaries (our president is about S$2.6 million, compare to US president of about S$600K per annual), T T Durai salary is just "peanut"! The only different is public can bring a charge against T T Durai, but not......
