ok,im going out with this guy and he likes me but then earlier this afternoon a bunch of his friends came up to me and said that he was dumping me because he likes this other girl who he liked long before me.i knew this girl and i knew that he liked her long ago but not anymore.apparently he likes her again and only used me so he can impress her or whatever.anyway,his friends told me he will ask her out and if she says yes he'll dump me and if he says no he will stay with me.now i dont know yet if we are officially over cause he hadn't said one word to me today. and his friend said that he needed to talk to me and i said ok and all he said was oh what. now i dont know if we are over or not but he made me cry and now my friends are mad at him.
i dont know what to do.
any suggestions and comments
and if anyone know songs for the heartbroken
please post them.

And yah everytime we made plans he always said he had to do something.
first he will say he can go
then on the day of the plan he will call me and say i cant make it sorry i love you.

well, dont jump into conclutions yet..
just think it over gain:
--When you first met this boy, what was your initial vibe? Was it a little weird; or maybe it was a secure feeling?
--Don't be "creepy nosy," but just check through his myspace or stuff laying around in his room. Does he seem to have a lot of "friends-who-are-girls"? Does he have real bad language, maybe talk a little bad about women? Does he imply bad intentions?
--How does he act around you opposed to his friends or family?He should treat you differently, act a little more respectfully. i.e. He shouldn't curse (as much) around you, or make "rude" noises and/or gestures. This should be left with his buddies.
If you do happen to get a bad vibe from him, it may not always be because he's a bad guy. This may be because you've had a bad past with men or because you have some sort of trust issues.
If you decide to search through his things, avoid being nosy. Do it in a casual manner, such as skimming through his myspace comments or looking briefly through some pictures or notes in his room.
Remember, his good friends will probably over-exaggerate that he is some great guy & everyone loves him, etc., & his ex-girlfriends will probably over-exaggerate that he is some low-life jerk that has no soul..etc, etc. etc... Balance what they say, and try to determine the truth for yourself. It's best to ask someone who is neutral to the guy.
Don't ever take crap from a guy. If he hits you, cheats on you or makes you feel like anything less than you are; don't hesitate to drop him. Remember - he's not the only one out there. You will find someone you love, and always in the least expected places.
If you try too hard to find someone, they'll come - but they wont always be the best guys...Be patient and let things unfold naturally.

His friends broke up for him? Oh, dear, you don't need that kind of guy. Whether or not this other girl says yes, you two should be over. Go, be the bigger person, and tell him that you're through, because he doesn't deserve to be with you. Your friends should be mad at him. You should be mad at him.
You'll be angry and sad for a while, but you should go and find a guy who isn't with you just until someone else comes along.

You should dumb him first. Yes I know you love him. He should care about your feelings more. He is not very nice to allow his friends to hurt you in this way. Do not think he does not know this happened. Do not allow him to treat you like this. He used you to impress someone else. What kind of person is he? You really want someone who treats people like that. What if your friend has this happen to her? What would you say? Protect your self. Dump the turd.

hey melissa move on. you are not second place for anybody.. know u can't really believe hear say u have 2 directly hear it from your boyfriend so ask em if it true or what going on. you never know,that guy that told u that probably a punk and he trying 2 split u guys up for he could have a chance with you.. look at their behavior, see how they act..

Well, I would ask him straight out. Tell him that you heard something about him and her, and you just want to know what is going on. In my opinion, you have every right to ask. If he still likes you, he should be honest, but if he isn't, you deserve so much better. I hope it all works out. :-)

look he may not know what he's got till its gone, so if it is over just TRY to move on, you may not be able to for the first couple weeks but soon, and if he wants to stay with you, it's your choice but, if he did it once, do you really want to go through this all again? im not gonna tell you to berak up with him, but think of whats best for you.

Don't be his background! Dont be his backfall, I say SCREW HIM. If he likes that chick, leave him. There is alot of fish in the sea. Obviously he is not going to date you if hes with the other chick, Listen here, if you carry on with him, he will just cheat on you. Hes unfaithful, and untruthfull.
