Every body it different and you are still very young, don't worry too much about what your body looks like, it still has a lot of changes to go through!
As for a six-pack that entirely depends on the way your body is put together, many grown men have worked their butts off (or bellies) for this result and never achieved it. This is because their muscle is leaner (just as strong) and the thin layer of fat under the skin can hide it (some fat is always under the skin). Men have gone as far as undergoing cosmetic surgery to arteficially give them the look of a six-pack. I do not recomend this!
I know it sounds really boring but honestly the very best thing you can do for your body inside and out is to cut out the junk-food, eat healthy, drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep and do moderate excercise as least three thimes a week without overdoing it. And no weight lifting /bench pressing until you are at least 18, it can be really very bad for a growing body!
Be happy.

actually at this rate of age, ur still growing.. so dont have exercise heavily.. since it will threaten most of ur skin.. just like my past experience, i exercise when i was at around ur age. and my upper arm skin is torn ( got a lil stretch mark on it )
and for the stomach, if ur serious on making it flat. u only need a whole month. do some sit ups and other stomach exercise... 2 times a day. and control ur food. diet. reduce ur carbohydrate, substitute it with proteins.

the easy way would be eating better
cut out the fats and eat lean
cut fast food and soda
then eat oatmeal for breakfest, the oatmeal helps melt fat, i swear.
and as for getting the six pack, you can start doing 200 sit ups a day., for 6 month, then you can do 500 mix sit ups until you have abs
