Transcendental Meditation is a kind of concentration where one should transcend society's code of ethics and rely on his personal intuitions in order to reach absolute goodness, or Absolute Truth. You should read "Self-reliance" written by Ralph Waldo Emerson, you will come to know how to practice transcendentalism in life.

It is a form of meditation that comes from India. It is a bit different than centering prayer or comtemplation according to those that practice it. Meditation as practiced in mind-body medicine or alternative medicine is very benficial to the body and health.

It's a special meditation that comes with years and years of proper following of the 8-fold path. You may never fully attain it in this life, as it only happens in the Boddhavista life cycle, the one right before actually transcending. But what it is is where you start to catch glimpses of Nirvana, and start to fully understand the world you live in, in all it's ways and goodness.

Technique of deep concentration and focusing of the mind. Meditators are given a 'Mantra', a special word or phrase, to chant over and over. It was introduced to the West by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and was popular with The Beatles, especially George Harrison, who apparently was given the phrase 'She's So Fine' to chant, round about the time he wrote 'My Sweet Lord'.

Transcendental Meditation is a form of self hypnosis and witchcraft it leaves the body unprotected and can lead to spiritual possession. Magic art is a precursor to this state and is very dangerous. Masking is a form of this placing a picture behind a picture which is used to affect the subconscious mind. These acts leads people into bondage, be smart don't do it. Some say it opens doors you don't want to open, I no its of the Devil and used by Satan's earthly kingdom. I saw a special on TV were this witch tricked people into trying it, soon they were in bondage to her craft, most of them committed suicide. Some say this is how the ceremony is performed on those receiving the mark of the Beast, they use witchcraft and come into your hypnotic state imprinting things on your brain with demonic powers / witchcraft. enough?
