Hi, I'm much older than you but when I read your question, it brought back memories of my teenage years and how I felt especially before my period.
I think girl's hormones are going crazy at that time and you cannot prevent those depressing feelings...it's almost like a feeling that "no one loves you" and you want to crawl under a rock ..RIGHT? that is how I felt....it's all a part of getting to know your body and trying to deal with it .....one thing that really relaxes me is to take nice bath or shower using a nice fragrance...then sipping some hot spiced tea and wearing some warm pjs that keeps you warm....curl up in a chair and take a humorous book....and enjoy it....or play your favorite up beat cds
.....all of us women have been in your shoes before and I'm sure the little girls you know will do the same in the near future. It's just part of living with our bodies and reaching up high to fight what makes us so moody. Also put your feelings down in a journal and see if you have these same feelings at the same time each month..then you might discover if it's related to your cycle.
Don't worry you can always talk to me if you need a shoulder ....here is my id: italmama6060@yahoo.com
If this feeling gets to be way out of hand see your doctor he can make some blood tests to see if all your body functions are working properly.
Best wishes, Mama Jazzy Geri

Light up some scented candles, lower the lights, turn some smooth jazz, easy listening, or classical music but not too loud, run yourself a nice, warm bubbly bath, and soak in it for twenty minutes. You'd be amazed at how relaxed you'll be. Then have a salad, a nice simple dinner, and perhaps a little bit of ice cream or cake (DO NOT OVER DO IT!), then you'll be ready to tackle homework. No alcoholic beverage, okay?
The key to this is putting yourself first!!!!

take 1/2 hour away from your homework....go run yourself a warm bath...grab a few candles if your mom says you can....sit in a dark bathroom, and just wash away the bad day. Think soothing, positive, calming thoughts and affirmations. Get out of tub, lotion up with something calm smelling, finish your homework and hopefully have a better day tomorrow. Say a little prayer before bed....prayers are always a good thing....
Good Luck....sweet dreams and have a GREAT day tomorrow.

Imagine how it could have been so much worse. Think about others you know of whose lives are truly hellish. Put on some headphones to listen to good music while you do your homework, take a bubble bath, call a friend, rent a video that is sad and bawl your eyes out.
Hang in there, tomorrow will be better!

I usually take like a bubble bath or something, or call a friend on the phone. It just depends on what you like. Maybe watch a funny show before you finish your homework. That sometimes helps change your mood. Hope you feel better.

Relax, get out your books and turn on some music. Dont put on slow or country but something with a beat. Also get comfy, put on somethin to relax in, get a drink and some snack food and let the tension drain out

I get very productive. I clean house, do laundry, whatever needs to be done, and I do a real good job with it too, banging the broom around like crazy--that usually takes the steam out of having to deal with a bad day.....

If you are stressed, must be from a problem at school. Talk to a friend, or family member. Even a school councilor. Don't suffer in silence. You will feel better. If you were old enough, I would take you out to the pub, and we would tie one on. That would work.
