Jeesh, payoff? Let me ask you something, and your answer will be mine as well ... what percentage of your life do you waste on your mother and what is the payoff?

Yes, love is the payoff.

Well, if it turns out they are right...then they have wasted no time and the payoff is great. If they are wrong....it really depends on how devoted they are. I'm guessing an average of time spent on religion per week is about 4 hours (this includes church, a Bible study or similar, prayers, and reading/meditation time) That is eqivalent to about 2% of their life. Well, that's my guess anyways.

Hopefully we waste all of it. We can't even imagine the payoff.

it truly is merely between the common generalizations we get to take heed to in our each day lives. Muslims might want to be terrorists, Christians are good, Hindus are sharp, Black human beings bypass to hell, etcetra, etcetra. in undeniable actuality that 100% of the Earth's inhabitants do not shop on with an identical morals, similar guidelines and ofcourse, an identical faith. I actually have not in any respect heard of any faith that teaches human beings to be recommend, evil, homicide one yet another, scouse borrow issues, rape, or the different undesirable element all of us evaluate "immoral". All religions basically practice an identical element - the merely element that differs is the religion in diverse Gods and denial of believing in a countless God. There are human beings, and could continuously be those who will view issues in accordance to their very personal perceptions. they could have their very personal critiques and their very personal way of information existence. they're no diverse than the different human being in the international. we are able to coach them the right way of questioning, something else is upto them...there is little or no we are able to do for those human beings. i'm a Muslim and my boyfriend is an atheist. we are both well mannered, humble, being concerned and we recommend no damage to absolutely everyone. is this inspired with assistance from the religion? may be, yet i imagine our lifestyle and kinfolk history has extra impression on us, and then comes guidance that enables us to attain the knowledge and manage to go with what's moral and immoral. faith is meant to be a handbook for us so as that lets take care of peace and behave contained in the way that isn't damage absolutely everyone and could inspire kindness, generosity and maximum significantly, being a good human being. that is what all religions practice, so as that actuality you've presented to our interest is a stupid stereotype. I trust you in this. ;) that is no longer a "Christian existence", that is how the lives of each and everyone should be like. regrettably, that would not ensue. international is a cruel position. i do not really understand even if I should be mad or sense sorry should you inspire such stereotypes...yet reality study, i'm no longer even stricken about them because i understand that see you later as i will set an party for others, be a good human being and do good issues, I must have no longer something to rigidity about even as it is composed of being eligible for being a wanted type of citizen in the international. :-) (_( (=' :') -- (,(")(") ? -Þo?'? ????-? ?- -??š? ?????š- -? ?-? ??v??? ??? ?-? ??????????

I wasted 18 years of my life before I came to know Jesus as my Savior; and I plan on "wasting" 100% of the rest of my life on Serving Him. If I'm right I've gained it all. If I'm wrong I've lost nothing and still Had a great life.

There is no waste to our life when you believe in God....A Christian who dies will meet God and live with him forever. A person who is not a Christian will be condemned to eternal punishment.

Jesus said: "Truly, truly I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.
He who loves his life, loses it; and he who hates his life in this world shall keep it to life eternal." (John 12:24,25)

Someone once said " A man is no fool, who gives up that which he cannot keep, to obtain that which he cannot lose."
All men must die. Jesus Christ promises eternal life to those who will put their faith in Him and submit to His Lordship. Personally, I have sought to live for Him for many years now, and I find that I have really lost nothing at all, but rather discovered the things the world esteems precious are mere mirages, and of no real value at all. I have found something far more precious, and it is eternal.

The payoff is enormous. After all, without Christ, I would be as lost as you. I am glad there is still hope for you. We may yet meet in Heaven.
