I think that it helps a lot if you've already got a foundation of spirituality and faith before you enter into a relationship, but a relationship only strengthens what is already there and builds upon it. Relationships are one of the best ways to increase your spirituality and faith if you approach them properly, and so even if you don't have much spirituality and faith in the beginning, the person you're in the relationship with can help you to grow and flourish in these areas.

Yes and yes. in terms of spirituality and faith before, during, with or without any relationship. the question is why do you think you should build spirituality and faith in correlation to having a relationship? This process of self improvement should primarily be a personal process. Your spirituality and faith are qualities that define who you are, and not an added thing to improve or maintain a good relationship.

Like any life encounter, the more 'whole' you are when you enter into it, the more you will have to offer the relationship. If you know yourself fully, you will be aware of all that you are capable of, and this will help you make your relationship that much more wonderful.

However, you shouldn't avoid love just because you don't feel spiritually fulfilled. Love is an important part of life, and is full of lessons that will help you on your spiritual journey. Ideally, you will meet someone who you can grow with, together. But as they say, it is better to try and fail then never to try at all.

It is definitely okay to build it in a relationship bc you can encourage each other and talk about your experiences or views of your spirituality but respect your differences and perspectives.

I think both are good but I feel you can offer more is your a whole person prior to a relationship which is in knowing yourself and having a relationship with a God of your understanding. You offer more that way and and more firm footed in a solid foundation that will be beneficial to both of you.

Depends on what kind of relationship you want. If you dont care who you are with, or dont have any idea of what you want, then no.
But if you are interested in someone that will continue to delight you mentally, emotionally and are willing to share your life with someone else on the most elemental level, then yes, you better get in touch first. Otherwise, you may find yourself attracting others at odds with your beliefs.

Follow what your heart tells you to do. If it says find your faith first do it. You will know what the right thing to do is, you will be able to feel it.
