It's a wonderful life! lol and that's not just the title of a movie, it really is wonderful. God isn't a myth, and I'm sorry that He has not yet revealed Himself to you, but wow, what a good life we have as Christians. It's really true what Jesus said about His load being easy to bear.
I know it's not possible to explain it to you online, since you know nothing about me or my life; my horrid life before Christ was deplorable and I was truly headed down the road to self-destruction. But now, He has restored me and made me whole and I can truly see God once again :)

It's not a myth. Its a true life to those of us who live it. I"m wondering if you really want an answer or if you really just want to bash people who live the Christian life. So i'm not even going to answer your question.

Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.
I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.
You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.
The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

Its not about the myth, it more about the virtues and essence contained within the myth that matters.
Values like Love,Tolerance, Joy, Peace, Kindness, Harmony, Respect... all shown by Jesus
but more prefer to lead their lives emulating the apostle Paul, Wrathful, condescending, intolerant, judgemental, holier than thou and most of all... the love of causing schism, disharmony, conflict and severing of ties within families with religious differences.

We grow in Christ likeness by constantly learning the truths of the Bible, and living by them. We become more Christlike by working hard to keep sin out of our lives....Sin is wrong, so it always produces bad consequences.

God wants Christians to love him by serving and making sacrifices for others like he did for us. He sacrificed his son for our sins.
