If they are cankers, they normally go away on their own. Other white bumps are usually caused by an allergic reaction to a spice or spices. For example too much salt on popcorn can cause them. If the cankers don't heal within a week, better get them checked by a MD

If you mean blister type sores...try rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide...ok ,is your eyes crossing yet...I mean.. take a mouthful of peroxide hold it in your mouth for a minute or so ..DO NOT swallow the stuff and rinse your mouth out really well afterwards...it REALLY does works..it works faster and better than salt water.....
Done this MANY times over the years...with no ill effect.... honest

canker sores??? there is really no way to heal them quicker but you can put a numbing solution on them to help with the pain, takes a bout a week before they will away

You should go to a dentist. It could be an STD or gum sore. You don't have to panic if u know you're not having oral sex.
