I would say pretty much any kind of chocolate is good. I prefer a dark chocolate. I don't like white chocolate to much find it to sweet.

hershey's special dark chocolate, or any dark chocolate, since it could satisfy my craving for chocolate and contain lesser calories as compared to other milk chocolates!

they say the darker the chocolate the better goodnessesses are inside. i go for belgian or german - half-bitter RitterSport for instance. next, go for baking chocolate bar, melt n mix with butter and it's all up to you to add sweetness with refined sugar, powdered sugar or whatever, then you could also toss in dessicated coconut, whatnuts or cherries/ fruits/cookies and form to balls. happy valentine's day
