1. drink a lot of water.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
You are going to have to go outside to do exercises, there is no way around it. It may be cold outside, but if you are exercising, your body will be warm.

First of all, your not overweight. Im a medic in the army and one of my jobs is keeping track of height/weights of the soldiers to make sure they stay fit and healthy. You dont need to lose weight, you need to build muscle. Now on the scale that will add pounds cuz muscle weighs more that fat, but physically you will be healthier and more fit. if your worried about your belly then the simplest thing to do is sit-ups. everyday! build up your stomach muscles and as soon as its warm get out there and JOG! that is the best way to get a good looking body. And for your upper body, pushups, alternate between closehand and widearm pushups to work out all your arm and chest muscles. that is the easiest way to do it

I've got one word of advice for you if you don't have access to a gym: be smart about what you eat. In particular, try cutting out most or all of the refined sugars in your diet. Many people, by making this one dietary adjustment alone, will have tremendous success at losing bodyfat. So, try and limit or cut out the candy bars, cakes, sodas. Focus on natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, and lean meats - and you'll be OK.

I think you sound pretty skinny. But, if you want to tone up your belly why dont' you do crunches and also the reverse crunches where you lift your legs and butt off the ground.
Hope that helps.
Best wishes.
