LOL.. im addicted to online support forums. I lost 60lbs in 4 months... everytime I felt like eating, I would log on to my blog, or lowcarb support forum and vent.

Also, don't eat out if you can help it... its hard, but thats my weakness.

If your looking for a weight lose program I have a suggestion. They helped me a lot and I even had someone to motivate me and help me through the process. Just look at this site www.kdaniels.tsfl.com Oh and they have great discounts so don't be discouraged by the price. If you have any addition questions feel free to email me. khoward.tsfl@yahoo.com

Recognize the fact that your body needs to nourish itself no matter how hard to try to diet.. The harsher you are on your body, the harder it hits you right back.. I believe in balance.. Healthy dieting is a combination of both healthy meals and regular exercise.. I am sure you don't want to look like a dehydrated tomato..

Meals: you need to eat only when you need to.. NOT when you want to.. Eat healthy food with lots of vegetables and drink plenty of water.. Refrain from eating after 8pm..

Exercise: Sweat out regularly to maintain in good shape and tone those muscles to achieve a slimmer figure.. If you want to tone up your abs, do sit ups.. If you want to lose your thighs, climb more stairs slowly..

Good luck~ Say no to starving yourself.. Say yes to healthy lifestyle..

Self discipline. Treat yourself to anything you want once a week, then every two weeks, so on and so forth for staying committed. After a while it just becomes a habit and normal routine of each day.

It's all about routine. If you keep it up, it becomes a habit. You just have to try harder. I did it so can you. You just need to be focused, not get down on yourself, notice improvements every day, and be disciplined. Like anything; job, school, kids, cooking, driving, it comes with practice and routine.
