ok i am a guy and i think that i am over weight at 135pounds with a height of 5'8 and i need a way to slim down and now have so much chub on my belly. i cant do anything outside because it is way to cold and i cant stay after school cuz i wouldnt have a ride. but what is one thing that i can do inside that will get me to 110pounds or less in liek a month or however long it will take.

i also dont have any tredmills or anything. so any diets or workouts that i could do inside would be fine.

i forgot i am 13

A few sit ups in the privacy of your bedroom might help start with a few and build up every day.

sit ups ,stay off the fatning foods,workout tapes, but your actually at a normal weight , 110 at 5-8 you would look like your starving i used to weigh 115 at 5-8 and i look back at pictures and i look like i havent eaten in weeks. now im 175 at 5-10 and i look healthy besides your 13 you shouldnt worry about your weight yet . lift weights and get some muscles

try doing lots of stuff with ur abs. crunches, sit ups, jacknifes, stuff like that. try and get about 40 to 50 in a set. Then move up to about 60 if you can.

Actually your not over weight. But if you want to loose weight just run a lot. That'll help!

dude your skinny for your hight and age you could actually aford to gain a few pounds
