I usually either do a headband or pigtails. Surprisingly, they don't look childish. I'm 24 and I can't tell you how many people say how nice they look on me. I also pin the pieces that hang in my face back with a bobby pin.

striaghtening it, half ponytail, full ponytail, messy pigtails, bring the front part back in a bobby pin, braid, anything really
