I love the house and land off of the movie. But I dont know anything about where it is or any other info on it. Does anyone know if they're going to auction off the house and land or if they are going to tear it down? Also where is it? Not just north of North Dakota. Any other info would be great like an email address or something to that sort.

If you watch the credits near the end, it will tell you where the movie was filmed.
It will either say filmed on location at....
or it will say special thanks to the town of-----, province of--- etc
you might be able to narrow it down.
usually how it works is, they pay the owner of the house for the use of it. They don't buy the house and then sell it.
The other possibility is that the house doesn't exists and it was "built" for the movie. If this is the case, it is just the exterior shell of the house and there is nothing inside. Also it is very comon for a movie to just use shots of the exterior of a house and film the inside shots in a completely different location.
