I met this guy over a week ago while studying at a coffee shop. We had the best conversation I have had in a very long time. We had so much in common, we laughed and talked for over 30 minutes. We exchanged numbers and I called him two days later. We made loose plans to hook up for drinks later in the week. I asked him to call me so we can nail down a specific day and time and he sounded excited. Low and behold I have not heard from him since. Do I call???

I wouldn't call again. Then again, I probably wouldn't have called in the first place but nothing gained nothing lost. So if you called already then I guess one more call can't hurt anything.
Although, I wouldn't suggest calling a 3rd time.

No don't call it might sound that you're desperate. Just text how you doing, and if he texts or calls and brings up the "date" act like you forgot, then make the plan again. If he doesn't call or text you, forget about it.

i think you should give it another day or two... while waiting, dont sit by the phone waiting for him to call, put your self out there... go back to the coffee shop, maybe you will run into him.
