There are many programs out there for download that manipulate music or other files. Goldwave, Audacity, Winamp, the list goes on and on.... do a search on music editing programs and players, and read the info on some of them. There are plenty of pay for programs, and just as many free programs. Use care in where you get the download from, as some sites that show tons of programs are also usually loaded with tons of viruses.... Good luck.
