No way! You may like him but your friend needs you right now to be a good friend. Doing so would only make her angry and it would be akward to be around both of them at the same time. Steer clear for a few months. Then talk to your friend about it, ask if she would be okay with it. But going behind her back is just selfish.

NO YOU JERK!
What kind of a friend are you?? What does your supposed best friend say about all of this? Even though she broke up with him that doesn't mean you get to date him.

And, just for future reference, you should give guys a minimum of 1 week to heal from a breakup, more if it was serious.

alright this can create some problems here. First This is only alright if you best friend is alright with it. Friendship is so much more important than a guy. If she dosn't care tell him in person.

Wow, a girl asking out a guy? really different but good, as you will show him you like him a lot by just asking. If he likes you in anyway, he will obviously say yes.

yea wait a few days.... you cant just say oh they are broken up then an hour later ask them out. that's not the way it works... it may seem to work sometimes but seriously you will just get jealous because he can only think of your friend and that will piss you off

Who do you like more, the boy or your friend? You might want to make sure she's cool with it first. There's always the possibility that even if she says its cool, she'll still hate you forever. Try to imagine yourself in her shoes. If the roles were reversed, would you be cool?

No,and this has been the rule for a long time .You don't date your friends exes. That is against the friends rule. But if you really could care less and your friendship don't really mean anything to you then handle you business.

Hmmm... i would give it some time so it doesnt seem like u r on the re-bound. And make sure ur friend is ok with it first so that she doesnt get mad. And then ask him out.
hope this helps! :)

No, I wouldn't.

What ever happened to the unspoken rule that you Dont date your freind's ex's. It's just kind of rude to.
So unless if you're not particularly good friends with her, Don't.
