I don't know what you look like, but if you are athletic, you don't sound like you are fat. Also, especially with athletes, you can't compare your weight to a girl who isn't an athlete - you're naturally going to have more muscle, and muscle weighs. As long as you are lean, healthy, are active all the time, and eat RIGHT, I think you'll be OK!!

Do you feel good about yourself? For your height and the fact that your athletically conditioned, 5'4" does not sound bad at all. Muscle is heavier than fat! If you weren't athletic and not muscular, you'd probably weight 105-110. Relax! You're just right. Everybody like hot track runners!

Congrats...No, you are not fat.

But if you think you are, then you're stupid. Fat is obese, and since you class yourself as athletic and run and play softball, then I think you know you're fine.

120lb is squarely in the NORMAL weight range for someone of your height.

what the hell kind of question is this? If you want to lose weight do it, if not don't but don't ask people over the computer if you're fat, take a look in the mirror, ask someone who can see you, maybe a doctor.

Well, it would help if we had a photograph, but it certainly doesn't sound like you're fat.

Oh, and Jeffrey C is right - everybody does indeed like hot track runners. Get us that photo ASAP.

Why do you think you are fat? Or do you just need reassurance that you aren't?
