it seems like it's nearly impossible for me to lose weight, I go to the gym every day and watch what I eat so I'm just trying to think what I do wrong. Anyone know if birth control can do that? It seems I keep fat in my mid section and I know the pill tricks your body to think your pregnant so maybe it's holding onto fat there? I heard a trainer also say female trainers can't be on it cuz they can't lose fat very easily

Have you thuought about maybe changing your BC method? Not all methods work the same, and they may have different effects on different people. I had the same problem on the pill. I was 115 pre-pregnancy, and 137 post, never been that weight before (I'm 5'1") and I could not take it off after 5 months. I changed BC to Depo (injection) and I was able to lose the weight. However, I figured that being over the weight I am most comfortable at is a small price to pay if it meant not getting pregnant again.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You are gaining weight from overeating and not exercising enough. Birth control pills have nothing to do with it. No skipping meals. Drink plenty of water. Cut out junk food. Eat lean protein, whole grains, fruits & veggies, and a little fat. Always eat at least 1200 calories a day. Aim for 1400 - 1600 daily. Exercise moderately for 1 hour every day.

It could very well be due to the birth control pills you're taking. Many medications can have an impact on one's ability to lose weight, mostly because of how they affect your body's natural metabolism. Try going out on the web and searching for the specific pill you're taking, and looking for sites that talk about their typical side effects. You might be surprised by what you find.

I too was on bc and I ran across a program that really worked. If your looking for a weight lose program I have a suggestion. They helped me a lot and I even had someone to motivate me and help me through the process. Just look at this site www.kdaniels.tsfl.com Oh and they have great discounts so don't be discouraged by the price. If you have any addition questions feel free to email me. khoward.tsfl@yahoo.com

it could be because of the birth control. switch to Yasmin. That's what I use. It's the only BC that odesn't cause you to gain weight or bloat.

if you eat later at night, eat dairy. dairy helps reduce specifically belly fat. also, you need to concentrate on calories burned during the day must be higher than calories you take in during the day.

doing ab exercises will only help make the ab muscles bigger. you cant spot reduce fat on your body, your body will burn fat first where ever it choses, and it is different for everyone.
