The old saying "Don't cry over spilt milk" comes to mind. It is a waste to wallow in regret over what could have been but wasn't. If you can't change it, move on to what you can change. Otherwise you just waste yourself to no good end.

Because it's a total waste of energy to fret about something that isn't happening. When you are content in the moment, then you are living in the present. This is where soul resides.

Worrying about "what might have been" or "what might happen" is a waste of energy, IMHO. Do what you can to take care fo the future, and conce you've done everything you can, LET IT GO, because you can't do anything else to affect it.

Freaking out about the future isn't going to change it, and all it'll do is ruin your present.

Often, it is our own imaginings that lead us into trouble. By looking at what is....you see truth...by looking at what might be...you see possibilities (some of which are far worse than truth). Depending on your particular personality, you might very well be imagining things can would be far worse than what is happening and those imaginings can create a lot of pain for you and for others if you take action based on your own suspicions. Act only on fact.

what's this "liberal" tag which you in basic terms Yanks use to describe anybody you disagree with. i'm now no longer liberal, i'm bloody radical. There are 2 evaluations international on the subject count of international warming, believers and non-believers. If the non-believers are spectacular, then we could have wasted possibly a million trillion dollars cleansing up our acts, different than for the reality that the air could be cleanser for all. nonetheless, might desire to the believers be desirable and international warming motives catastrophic differences to our climate, the fee will possibly be a hundred cases extra, purely from growing to be sea ranges, enable by potential of myself from annual typhoon and flood harm ! I evaluate the term "Russian Roulette" is eye-catching spectacular to be user-friendly. i could rather that we easy up our acts than run the possibility of worse to return later.

Because what MIGHT be happening, is only in your mind, it isn't reality...so, why waste your time on thinking things, just experience things for what they really are.

Because Jesus said the when we pray we should say "Give us this day our daily bread" he did not say give us tommorow or next week. So one day at a time, and if your supposed to have it you will have it if not you wont.
