honestly just dont force it people will except you in time but if you force yourself on them they will get sick of you and not want you around just be yourself and people will get to know you and love you, and meeting knew people isnt as scary as you may think they are just people.

I would just say for you to go somewhere where there are other ppl your age and just loosen up. You meet ppl in given time.
