I'm now aware people have a sex change for psycological reasons. They may also want to be a girl or an (it); but its a drastic step considering they remove your testicals during the procedure.
Are there enough understanding people in the world???

Don't kid yourself in order to do it.

If you have supportive friends and family, then that's what matters most, I think.

I think there are plenty of understanding people in the world, just not all concentrated in one place, and probably dispersed amongst many prejudiced people, so don't let your decision hinge on this sort of kindness from the world, because the reality might be harsh.

The first step in considering a sex change is to get qualified (underline qualified) psychological counselling. The biggest part of a sex change isn't the physical, believe it or not, but the emotional. Most transgendered people go through a very lengthy process of examining their reasons for wanting to do the procedure before a team of professionals ever signs off on the approval to proceed.

The fact is, some people are going have a problem with you. There are no shortage of support groups

But may I suggest you have a few sessions with a past life hypnosis therapist first? There is much research to suggest that those feeling like they are in the wrong body have had all of their past lives in that gender and now that they are in the opposite gender, they feel they are in the wrong body.

Take it from me - GOD GAVE YOU THAT BODY - do well with it. You will have hats off to you if you are a successful person in the body you were born with. If you run from what you don't like about yourself and you change things, you won't necessarily be happy. I think tranny's are kick ***. Keep the penis, get a pair of ****. GOOD LUCK BABE!

Your life will be entirely different. It is a big decision, take your time to think it over again and again.
