Every now and then I get this sharp throbing pain around my belly button.It goes away after a few secs but then i cmes back a little later. What is it? Is It serious?

It might be, it might not be. There's just no way to tell without a H&P, bloodwork, and all that jazz. You might want to make an appointment to see your doctor to find out what is causing the pain, and what can be done about it.
