Some people say I look young for my age (late 20s). But my body feels 60+ most of the time. I have the beginnings of arthritis (familiy history) and a hormone disorder that affects most of my bodily systems. I think most people in my family feel this way too (or did as they aged). My family does not lead lives much past 70 years of age. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I feel like I look old most days. This waxes and wanes, but seems to depend on financial stress and not getting a lot of sleep. Oddly, I feel very young at heart and wonder if I'll really ever grow up in that respect.

My philosophy is that you are not "old" until you are dead and buried. Yes...there are days when I feel "older" than others but that doesn't seem to last to long. I'm too much of a happy go lucky lets get at it type of person. Except when it comes to my son, that's usually when I start to feel "older."

Old, i'm only 26 but i feel like i'm 80. responsibilities like family and work really can wear you down. i also have been told i have an old soul. not sure what that means but i know i'm more mature than most people my age.

I am 41,have 4 children;ages 7,12,13,and 16.
On a good day--I feel 30.
On a bad one....95:(

I am not that old lol! I feel like I do... It would be nice to feel what another does on a subject, but one can not do this.
When I think of my age being on those death commercials (if you are between this age and that) makes me feel old.....

My mind stopped at 30. It says, AH, GO AHEAD! YOU CAN DO THAT! Then I get home and my body says, I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO THAT! (I'm 60, physically active a lot at work even though I have a 'desk' job).

Im 20 -mentally i feel 30ish and phsically i feel 80 but my personal trainer is helping me with that

they say you look as young as you feel sometimes i feel young some times i feel a little old it all depends on the day if its sunny i feel young if it is raining i sometimes fell a little old
