I saw a picture of an Inuit Eskimo who had a long and pointy nose. Why?

Inuits are racially related to Siberian Russians. Many years ago there was a land bridge across the Bering Strait, and tribes from Siberia migrated to North America. They had a variety of noses, like everyone else from cold climates. Native Americans pretty much all share a common ancestry to Northern Asians, due to migratory patterns of the earliest tribes. Look it up.
