Some guys start to feel like they are getting older around 23-25 and they want to hold on to their youth.(teen years) Also younger girls are more easy to manipulate and easier to impress. (in theory) Girls their own age might expect more, and have more life experience to compare the guys to.

I think older guys like younger girls because there the girl is less mature than the guy is and some of them might they can take advantage of the girl if they're younger.

Because they can easily talk a younger female into doing things and they create more control in the "relationship". Control is the number issue, from there they can go anywhere with you.
