sounds like "thrush". It's like a fungus. Babies often get this.

That's just because you are deficient in Vitamin B2. Either get a multivitamin B complex supplement or eat more B2 rich foods. Try eating more wholegrains, milk,liver, kidney,cheese, leafy green vegies, fish, eggs, yoghurt, peas, beans and lentils. Deficiency signs are usually a sore, furry and red tongue, cracked lips, cracked skin around fingernails. Dailydosage for adults is 1.2 - 1.7mg. B2 will also relieve eye fatigue and light sensitivity.

It sounds like a fungus on your tongue. You have to see a doctor and get some meds for it to heal.

Try scraping it with a spoon. It gets more than a toothbrush. Good luck.
