I'm 30, 5'2 and 116...and I'm very fit. I am muscular though so that makes me weight a little more than if I was just skinny. I think your daughter is fine but it is always important to be exercising every day and eating healthy. Be a good role model for her and cook her some healthy meals, maybe go walking with her or have her join a sports league.
Remeber that at 12, most girls still have some "baby fat" so she will grow out of that at some point.

I'm not sure what the average weight for a 12 year old is but you probably wouldn't want to go by that anyways(since so many children are obese these days). My observation would be about 90-110 or so. She's not that bad. Maybe subtract a bit of sugar, get her exercising a bit more and she'll be fine. Sports are always a good idea. I recommend soccer. Fun and good exercise.

Your daughter is in the 86th percentile for her age and height which means she's overweight. A healthy weight would be about 100 pounds, making her at the 53rd percentile.
