Whole Wheat - 100 Calories a slice
Potato Bread - 90 Calories a slice
White Bread - 65 Calories a slice

Why wouldn't you want to pick white bread if it has less calories? And what's the benefit of eating potato bread?

Thanks.

Whole wheat bread, because at least it has some redeeming health benefits such as fiber. The difference in calories for the other two options is minimal - so I wouldn't worry about that. And to be honest, I didn't know there was any benefits in eating potato bread. It does taste better than plain old white bread, though.

I'm absolutely sick of the way all people care about is calories. Let's all only eat 500 calories a day! And let's get all 500 of those calories from soda and white bread! We're going to be so healthy! Yay!
