Your school or public library can give you access to a database with full-text academic journal articles. Two such databases are ProQuest Direct and EbscoHost. You can enter a search such as: women and psychology. Below the search box you will see places where you can limit the search to full text articles and also to scholarly or peer reviewed articles. If you still get too many hits, try adding a term such as depression. So the search would then be: women and psychology and depression.

many libraries have online sites through which you can access journal articles. Once you find the journals database, search women and you'll see a lot of info...
