How does fish oil help the human body?? I take them 3 times a day, and I feel better on days I take them when I don't take them. WHY IS THIS?

it supplies omega 3 oils, which acts as a powerful antioxidant but more importantly, it is an anti-inflammatory. so it is like a natural pain reliever and reduces inflammation, swelling, and helps blood flow. if you have arthritis or aches, etc. it probably helps that.

do u mean ... cod liver oil welll because it a dietary supplement, which natural source of Vitamins A, which help maintain bones and healty immune system, Vitamins A also assists in many other function such as eyesight and skin maintenace good for hair u hope that answers your question

i don't know, but i heard that they're starting to use fish oil to fuel cars lol, but it doesn't have a fishy smell.

yes it is good...I take omega 3 oil everyday....also good for complexion
