I have a small bath with no windows. I'm using an offwhite on the walls. Should I use the same paint on the ceiling or a true white up there?

You might want to consider a darker paint. I've seen homes that have this pattern. I think you might want to paint it one shade darker than the walls. Yeah, it will look odd, but give it a whack. You will like it ... if not go one shade lighter. Avoid white !

I would not try to draw attention to the ceiling with a true white. Paint it a dark color coming down the walls about 9 inches and band it with a true white molding.

I know they are painting the ceiling the same color as the wall; however I like bright white ceilings. It seems to make the room seem larger. Good Luck

I think I would go with the same color on the ceiling. Why spend more money than you have to, there isnt that much difference in color.

ceiling white is good, or you could use the wall paint... that has become real popular in recent years

Use a flat ceiling white or a flat favorite color of yours.
