Godzilla = a bit of woman AND man, since God is neither gender, and God is a synonym for Godzilla. Just look at the name!

Considering that a lady would never be seen naked in public and a gentlman would never destroy an entire city without plundering it, I'd say neither.
Although, if I remember correctly, they said she was a female and what made her so angry was that she lost her eggs somehow.
