There are lemon, orange, lime and raspberry flavored sherberts, there are Italian ices in lemon and other fruits as well as chocolate, so why isn't there a chocolate sherbert or a vanilla sherbert? Did you ever notice that sherbert doesn't get freezer burnt?

I think that chocolate, all natural, is an acquired taste. Most people like the flavor of Hersheys or Double Dutch. Sherbert is a low-fat, almost natural, ice-cream sub. Check out the ingredients and look 'em up via google.

I think you can make chocolate or vanilla sherbet. I work at an ice cream shop, and we use neutral flavored sherbert for certain things. It kind of takes like vanilla, but it basically tastes like unflavored creamy ice. But, i think if we can make coffee sherbert, we can make vanilla or chocolate.
