im 4'11 and im 16 and i weigh 107. i need to lose 20 pounds desperately. HELPPPPP

is this a query or basically a rant or bragging? Being obese would not give up every physique from looking a guy of their aims. i'm actual obese...i don't choose to be yet using fact that i can't locate comprehensive time artwork can not have sufficient funds to connect a well being middle so i'm not dropping weight on the 2d. Oddly sufficient at my heaviest ever i'm with the guy of my aims. he's knowledgeable, has a stable occupation, and could financially help me if mandatory. And he's actual athletic! i got here across somebody who thinks like me yet is opposite of me bodily using fact actual i choose somebody who isn't lazy to be with so as that i visit be much less possibly to be lazy. do not team every physique who's obese into one judgmental class. i think of quite some obese women people who locate losers to this point basically try this using fact they have not have been given any self esteem. I even have the arrogance sufficient to this point adult adult males who are not losers. i might in no way date a jobless loser.

First, I hope you're not losing weight just to get a guy back. If he doesn't like you for you than he isn't worth it. But if you really do want to loose weight to become more healthy try the south beach diet. You will loose 8-13 pounds in your first two weeks. Pick up a book. I got one at Schuler's books for 8 bucks. I've been doing this diet along with excercise for three weeks now and I've lost 17 pounds. It really does work. Keep in mind though that a healthy weight range for your height is 92-110 pounds. So you are already in healthy range. Don't overdo it. If you loose 20 pounds you are not going to be considered healthy for your height. Hope this helps!

You're fine the way you are, and if you lost 20 pounds that would be pretty underweight. Don't lose weight for a guy

Weight Watchers is the best for the $$$

If you only lose a lb or 2 a week you have a better chance of keeping it off

I'd say that you're a good healthy weight right now. a 20lb loss would be way too much. And even if you did happen to have a little excess baggage, you don't want to be dating a guy who would dump you because of it.

girl I'm 13 and why that much. your anorexic if You want to weigh 80 pounds. YOUR 16 FOR GOD'S SAKE AND SKINNY STOP YOU BITCHING AND GET OVER IT. I WISH I COULD WEIGH AS MUCH AS YOU. YOU LUCKY!!!! Think if you say your fat in front of a girl larger than you then you will be telling them they are majorly obese. deal with it girl!!!

ummm... it sounds to me like if you lost 20 pounds you'd probably fall ill. check with your doctor/nutritionist before you try and go to bones.
