Many things. Even if I pack things well and with a lock I've been stollen a beautiful nike tshirt of the turkish soccer team, which was very expensive, as well as other valuable items.

I have!
I was traveling from my parents house in the US back to my home in Tunisia. I stocked up on a bunch of baby items because at the time my son was only a year old. I had stolen from me:
*numerous tubes of Desitin diaper ointment
*liquid band aides
*2 cans of powdered (unopened) baby formula
*a baby hygiene kit (nail clippers, thermometer, etc)
*a few small baby toys
I had my suitcases locked too. I learned the hard way that I have to keep an itemized list in the bag and with me for my records of everything I pack. And ALL receipts. An airline won't compensate you unless you provide them with receipts!

I have a leatherman tool stolen from my luggage about every other trip. I travel frequently for work and have to pack all of my tools. That seems to be the only one that has any value to the TSA inspectors.

No, everything I packed came home with me. I've never even had anything lost. I think for the most part their employees are safe or at least that has luckily been my experience.
