If your talking about Urination then your not drinking enough water or there could be something wrong with your kidneys.
If you talking about Poop (for lack of a better word) then your not eating enough. Fruit only gives the body so much energy.
If you want to regulate your system simply consume fiber like metamusal (is that how you spell it) or bran muffins/cereal

While fruit has that effect on some people others need more fiber than fruit offers. You may want to try more high fiber products such as a bran muffin or raisin bran flakes.
