It completely depends on the brand. Premium brands use more full fat cream. A scoop of low fat ice cream can have 90 calories, while a scoop of chunky chocolate Ben and Jerry ice cream can have 350 calories.

i am not sure depend on the kind. i was told ice cream is a KILLER for ppl on diets especiallly at night. umm google the nutrition facts i always find things there
