I want to lose 10 pounds. whats a easy exercize to do this quickly? i tried jump roping but its 21 degrees ouside and its too cold for that. what if i ran a mile every day and ate healthy (veggies ect.) how long would that take?

A well balanced diet with lots of leafy greens and lots of aerobic exercise. Aerobic in the sense of repetition. An interval of walking to jogging on the treadmill every day for one hour and light resistance training.
