Im going to go on a fast to flush out my system. I have to take p.e. and practice basketball. What can I do to keep from feeling so weak? Is gatorade good? Also, im going to be going on a really strick diet pretty soon, lets just say it doesnt involve alot of eating....dont ask. What are good healthy foods to eat that keeps you from feeling hungry ? Im trying to get down to a size 5 by summer.

How long should I fast for?

gaterade has alot of sodium, so water is better.
tips and tricks:
-warm water things such as soup, hot cocoa, and tea keep you full and for longer
-dont drink any thing wit calories, most ppl over consume calories because of how much calories drinks have
-water is so great!
-cold water will run thru ur system faster and make u hungrier
-gum will mwake u hungrier but my theory is chew some after your meal so u digest faster
- fruits and veggies are great!
- fiber is fillling
