If my daughter has a balance and very high interest rates can I pay her card with my card or do I have to only balance transfer to my bills? The never ask the name on the account, just the name and account number.

You can pay any credit card with your credit cards by doing balance transfers. All your credit card company will ask you for is the account number, address to send payment to and balance you want to transfer.

yeah go to the bank and ask to transfer balance from your account to someone else's.
have the name and account numbers ready.

It doesn't have to be your own account to do a balance transfer.
