most likely a urinary tract infection. Get some antibiotics!

women normally can have some white blood cells in the urine (about 4-5), its not showing an infection always. If there are the signs of an urinar tract infection and if there are more than 4-5 white blood cells in urine it may be an infection.

She probably has a bladder infection or maybe a kidney stone. There must be an infection somewhere. See what the doctor says.

Usually a bladder infection. They are very common in women. A round of antibiotics will clear it up.
