About 3 months i'm pretty sure, thats why athletes get caught so much cause they get a blood test and they had had drugs in their system. If you are talking about over the counter stuff though, it goes away in like, a couple of days or even hours.

for weed..it'll stay for quite a while..about 2-3 months..and if you're driving,make sure you brought yourself 2-3 cans of beer to wash your body system if you get caught by the police and run the urine test..you'll stay cleaned..but remember...after that..if you by chance get caught again..you have to drink again...if not...well...umm..your're in trouble..
