photoshop cs2 or 3?

so i am about to buy cs2 and i have noticed a cs3 is coming out eventually. There are some good stuff in cs3 but i am not worried about it a ton but i would like it. Is there some kind o thing that is going to happen i read in another post. Some suggested that i buy it fast before cs3 comes out. Any thoughts on that?

I thing you need to try CS3 before you buy it ...take this web site for the best Designer in the world and take some info about wht you search about it ....

theres a freeware called gimp shop essentially the same but it free
