The only way is cardio. if you dont have time for the gym you dont have time for cardio.
Cardio to burn fat in the belly, requires 30min-60min of your time 3 days a week at least. That means gym or running/walking around the block. Biking, etc...
Sorry, there is no easier or faster way.

Five sets 45 sit ups a day,or jug around the neighborhood or at the park.The best time is in the spring,summer (but not in days when heat waves occur)and the spring.If your going to jug in the winter,
make sure you jug in doors at a gymnasium and not out doors where it cold.

I drink lots of water with my food so it breaks down faster, and I do sit-ups to get six-packs.

crunches will do it if you do enough each day........around 300 to 500 a day...good luck
