easy if u have bangs just pull them back and then push it forward as much as u want the father u push it the bigger the puff, but if u dont have bangs just take ur har it the front and sorta make a part on each side for how wide u want it then pull int back and push it forward when ur done (after if u have bangs or not) bobby pin it but use alot so it doesnt fall out

Like the person before said, if you can, pull back some on the top, push it forward a little and put a barrette in it. I have also seen something at the beauty supply that looks like a little cloth pad. You section off some hair on top, put the pad underneath, pull the hair over it and put the barrette it - makes it poufy like a hump.
